Others tell a completely different story.

That contrast is important.


What People Say About Ambien Outside Clinical Trials

Clinical trials are useful.

They are not the only window into what living with a medication actually feels like.

Patient discussions around Ambien repeatedly describe experiences involving:

  • Memory gaps

  • Sleep eating

  • Conversations they cannot remember

  • Walking around while apparently awake

  • Increasing reliance on the medication

  • Fear of running out

  • Rebound insomnia when trying to stop
