Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@cbdx.com to initiate a return. If your return is accepted we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@cbdx.com and we will make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original item and once the return is accepted place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
